Blank "Save As PDF" Screen | Adobe Acrobat

Problem: The "Save As PDF" dialog appears blank or empty in Adobe applications.

Solution:

  1. Go to Edit > Preferences > General
  2. Uncheck "Show online storage when saving files"
  3. Click OK
  4. Try the "Save As PDF" function again

Why this works: This setting can interfere with the PDF save dialog display, causing it to appear blank. Disabling online storage integration resolves the display issue.
